Customisation options

You don't have to customise everything, just the elements that matter to you. Whether it's adding your logo, updating the colours, including a custom image, or tailoring the messaging and QR codes, you're in control. Pick what works and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Your logo: Prominent placement on the front of the card. Brand recognition and a signal that your company takes wellbeing seriously.
  • Brand colours: Match your corporate colour palette so the card sits naturally alongside your existing safety materials.
  • Custom QR code: Links to our educational resources, or to your own resources or employee assistance program.
  • Custom imagery: eature photographs of your actual workforce, worksites, or industry-specific visuals that your employees will recognise.
  • Tailored messaging: Add your safety slogan, wellness program name, or specific health messaging that complements the ABCDE content.
  • Branded URL: Links to your company's intranet, employee assistance program, or a dedicated landing page. If you don't have one, the default links to our educational resources.

Complete our sample request form and we'll send you a digital example of the Skin Check Cards in your brand.

Revise your artwork

The sample uses branding and images from your website. You can share additional logos, images, and assets to revise the cards to your needs.

Approve and print

Once you're happy with the artwork, production begins. Standard turnaround is 14 business days with express options available. Larger orders may require additional time.

Receive your order

Your custom cards arrive along with your complete Launch Pack, ready to go across your organisation.

Everything you need to know about customising your Skin Check Cards

Full customisation is included in your order at no extra cost. You get five design revisions, before final production. We handle all the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
We accept logos and imagery in PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI formats. High-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) work best for print quality. Our design team will guide you through the process if you're unsure.
You get five rounds of design proofs included. Each round gives you time to review, request changes, and refine until it's exactly right. Most clients nail it in round two.
Reorders are simple. Your design files are saved, so you just tell us the quantity and delivery date. Most reorders ship within two weeks, and you'll pay the same per-card rate as your original order.
