By accessing this website or purchasing products from Sunsafe Workplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services
Sunsafe Workplace supplies Skin Check Cards, educational materials, and related workplace health and safety resources. All products are subject to availability and our standard production timelines.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before production commences. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and purchase order for approved accounts.
4. Custom Orders
Custom branded orders require artwork approval before production. Production commences only after the customer approves the final artwork. Approved artwork that goes to print cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Sunsafe Workplace and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunsafe Workplace's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
